In the present story of Sufiyana Pyar Mera, Kainat felt rejected by Zaroon due to her face and decided to burn it which resulted in plastic surgery.

This twist has resulted in the entry of Pallavi Gupta as the new Kainat in the serial.

The makers decided to bring a new face for Kainat due to some health issues of Helly Shah, who has been portraying the double role of Kainat and Saltanat.
