Today's Kundali Bhagya 7th March 2024 episode starts with Palki confronting Rajveer, her anger palpable.

She demands to know why he hasn't told her the whole truth.

She warns him that if he continues to hide things from her, he may regret it in the future.

Palki makes it clear that if he wants to salvage their relationship, he must be honest with her.

Rajveer is faced with a dilemma, knowing that his actions could have serious consequences for their relationship.

On the other hand, Karan is in the Preeta house to accompany her to the hospital.

He asks her if he has an appointment in the same hospital and if she can also go with him.

Preeta agrees. Gurpreet seeing them together becomes happy and prays that they become a couple.

Karan also asks Preeta to come to Mahashivratri Pooja in his house.

She says she can't promise anything but will try to come.

In the house, Karan's family is searching for him and asks Dadi to call him.

Meanwhile, in the car, Preeta asks why Karan has taken so much trouble early in the morning while dropping her at the hospital.

On the other hand, there is a deal going on at the office between Shaurya and Rajveer.

Rajveer is bidding to sell the hotel chain but Shaurya’s bid is too low.

He says he can't negotiate and finalise the deal with someone else.

Thus, resulting in Shaurya losing a deal.

Rajveer talks to himself and says that he might have lost the deal, but he has gained one step towards gaining the trust of Mr Luthra.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Karan approaches Dr. Sharma with a request to change his mother's doctor to Preeta.

Later, Preeta is informed about this development and is asked to visit Karan Luthra's grandmother later that day for treatment.

In the house, Palki is restless and thinks that today, he will ask Rajveer to tell her the truth otherwise she can't focus and will not be able to work on other things.

In the Luthra’s mansion, everyone is gearing up for the upcoming Maha Shivratri Pooja ceremony.
