Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 23rd January 2024 episode starts with Arjun losing his footing and tumbling down the stairs just as Kashvi is about to place a ring on Aditya's finger.

In response, Kashvi abandons the ring and rushes to attend to Arjun, causing disappointment for Aditya and Dadi.

Dadi attempts to reassure Aditya that Kashvi will return, but Aditya, feeling insecure, takes a seat on the sofa and anxiously awaits Kashvi's presence.

Later, Aditya encounters Mahima and implores her to keep Arjun in check, fearing that Arjun is attempting to disrupt his life.

Mahima avoids commenting on the situation, placing blame on Kashvi and urging Aditya to marry her promptly to prevent the possibility of Kashvi and Arjun betraying them by marrying each other.

Feeling insecure, Aditya declares he won't allow such a scenario and forcibly takes Kashvi away, stating that Mahima will handle Arjun.

In the midst of this, Kashvi scolds Aditya for not acknowledging Arjun's deteriorating condition.

Aditya questions if Arjun means more to her, to which Kashvi remains silent.

Despite the tension, Kashvi returns with Aditya to resume the engagement ceremony.

The question remains: will Arjun take further action to disrupt the engagement?

Alternatively, will Kashvi realize that she cannot marry anyone else?
