Today's Parineeti 1st February 2024 episode starts with Rajeev requesting the doctor to examine Neeti, leading to her admission to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Sukhwinder becomes anxious upon seeing Neeti in the operating theatre.

Pari arrives and attempts to comfort Sukhwinder, but Sukhwinder places blame on her for Neeti's condition.

Shortly after, Pammi arrives and inquires about Neeti's health.

Pari provides a detailed update, expressing joy at having the old, affectionate Neeti back.

Pammi cautions Pari not to easily trust Neeti, suggesting that Neeti may have ulterior motives in appearing good to Rajeev and Pari.

Despite Pammi's warnings, Pari remains unconvinced.

Later, the doctor presents Neeti's MRI results to Rajeev, explaining that black spots in her cerebellum indicate a loss of some memory. Pari is shocked and feels guilty about Neeti's condition.
