The Kahan Hum Kahan Tum 21 Feb episode begins with Suman being worried about Pari becoming a single mother in the future. Sonakshi makes her understand that Pari's child will be auspicious for them.

Sonakshi shares a good news of her being signed up for a new role and leaves. Elsewhere, Rohit is discussing about a deadly virus with his staff.

Sonakshi meets the producer at a restaurant and sees Nishi, Veena, and Vimmi there. She takes an excuse from the producer and meets Vimmi.

Vimmi tells Sonakshi about Tanya's miscarriage. Nishi instigates Veena to get Rohit married again after suggesting a proposal from London.

Vimmi further shares with Sonakshi that Rohit saved Pari while Rohan was trying to her. 

Later, Sonakshi comes to the hospital to see Tanya. She meets Naren there, whose body shows some movements after holding her hands.
