Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 3rd September 2022 episode starts with Patralekha and Virat having a heart-to-heart conversation. 

Pakhi tells Virat she is concerned about him because whenever she sees him, he seems to be empty within.

Patralekha starts crying and tells Virat she misses him. 

She also informs him that whenever he smiles, it seems as if he is doing a favor for himself. 

Pakhi rests her head on Virat's chest and starts crying profusely. 

Virat looks worried while Pakhi is long gone mourning the dead void that Virat feels inside himself for the last five years.

Meanwhile, Sai is getting ready for the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations.

She misses Virat and her facial expressions change which goes unmissed by Usha.

Usha who is standing in Sai’s room along with her, asks if Sai misses Virat.
