Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 16th September 2022 episode starts with Sai and Virat reaching the ground where Gulab Rao has Savi.

Upon seeing Savi in the air, tied up with rope to a crane, Sai releases a scream of horror.

Virat and Sai get out of the car onto the horror scene while Gulab Rao's goons surround them.

Sai tries to find a clear path in the ensuing chaos to go and save her daughter, while Virat is busy fighting off Gulab Rao's goons.

Although this proves to be a difficult task, Gulab Rao's goons corner Sai, with multiple knives at her neck, threatening her life.

As Sai and Virat are fighting and trying to reach Savi, she can do nothing but cry.

Sai sees one of Gulab Rao's men pointing a gun at her daughter.

As a last resort, Sai lets out a heart-wrenching shout of help towards Virat, telling him to protect and save their daughter, Savi.
