Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 13th September 2022 episode starts with Akshara being locked in a room and trying to scream for help but nobody listens to her.

Later, Dr. Kunal comes to the hospital after being called by the receptionist regarding Akshara’s phone.

He comes to the hospital and finds out that Akshara’s phone has a lot of missed calls from the same number and thanks the receptionist for the same.

After seeing the phone is locked he searches for Akshara and sees Abhimanyu’s family there but no Akshara.

Dr. Kunal gets anxious thinking Aksara ran away when suddenly he saw her banging the door from a window.

Dr. Kunal opens the door and asks her how she got locked in there while Akshara says she does not know.

Dr. Kunal tells her to go with her since Maaya is getting worried that Akshara won’t come to her for the finals.

Meanwhile, a woken-up Abhimanyu thinks of a way to get back to Maaya and find more about Akshara.

However, Manjari tells him to come to Udaipur first and Abhimanyu complies.
