Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 12th September 2022 episode starts with Akshara sitting beside Abhimanyu and talking to him.

She decides to go because his family can come anytime now.

She promises Abhimanyu that she’ll be back to him after everything is sorted with Dr. Kunal.

Akshara goes out and sees Dr. Kunal, she tells him that the slap she gave him then should have been given a long time ago but it’s ok.

However, she warns him that nothing can stop her from meeting her Abhimanyu because this is the game of destiny.

Mr. Kunal stays silent and listens to Akshara saying that her love for Abhimanyu will never die and that if Dr. Kunal tries to stop her from helping Abhimanyu, then the consequences won’t be good and she will destroy everything.

Akshara looks at Abhimanyu from outside and caresses him with her eyes.
