Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 10th September 2022 episode starts with Vinayak telling Savi he is scared to talk to his Baba.

Savi tells Vinayak even her Aayi gets angry but she doesn't stop talking.

Meanwhile, Virat gets a call from Pakhi who immediately asks about Vinayak's health. 

Patralekha asks Virat whether Vinayak's treatment has started or not. 

Virat says not yet and this worries Pakhi.

She gets panicked and asks if the Doctor said no.

However, Virat involuntarily ends up exhaling Sai's name, making goosebumps raise all over Patralekha's body.

She repeats Sai's name which goes unnoticed by Bhavani who is drinking tea.

Is the past going to repeat itself?
