The 22nd August written update of the Alibaba serial begins with Alibaba ordering an upper-class stranger to make sure Ali gets the job of creating a tent for princess Mariam.

The stranger who thinks Ali is the real Alibaba promises to do it out of fear.

However, it is revealed later that Ali acts as a fake chalis chor (thief) to earn money for his children.

Meanwhile, Ali loves Fatima who lives on the Sahi (fancy) side of Kabul. Despite loving Fatima, Ali knows that Fatima will never marry him because he is a common man.

Later Ali gets the contract to create a fancy tent for Princess Mariam much to Joravar’s irritation. 

Joraver is the kind of person who doesn’t like common people to invade the fancy side of Kabul.

In the upcoming story of Alibaba, Ali will start his preparation for the fancy tent while Joravar tries his best to stop him.
