In the forthcoming episode of YRKKH serial, Kartik will have to rescue Krishna aka Chori, and would have to leave a pregnant Naira alone.

So far in the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain story, Kartik and Naira could not keep Krishna and had to let her go but Kartik promised her that he will always be there for her. Later, Naira surprised Kartik by telling him that she was pregnant, and in turn, Kartik surprised her with a Godh Bharai ritual.

Now as per gossip news of the YRKKH serial, Kartik will get a call from Krishna telling him that she is in danger. He will be scared to listen to her rattled voice and will have to make a difficult decision.
