In the forthcoming episodes of YRKKH serial, Naira will go into labour and will soon welcome a baby girl into the world.

So far in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain story, Kartik and Naira took Krishna home with them after the whole human trafficking incident. Later, Naira had stomach pain and was taken to the hospital mistaking the stomach pain for labor pain.
