So far in the Muskuraane Ki Wajah Ho episodes, Katha feels guilty for hiding her pregnancy truth from Kabir’s family.

However, when she shares her guilt with Kabir, he assures her that she is doing nothing wrong.

As per Kabir, his family will freak out if they learn that Katha is pregnant with someone else's child and he wants to be the one to reveal the truth.

As per Muskurane Ki Vajah Ho spoiler, Savitri has ordered Katha to cook "chaapan bhog" (holy food) for Janmastami puja.

Though Katha has agreed, she is frightened.

Meanwhile, Kabir is worried for Katha and her child’s health.

He wants to help Katha with cooking but she urges him to leave as she does not want to break Savitri’s wish.

Later in the kitchen, while Katha is cooking, Kabir arrives there and like a caring husband, Kabir urges Katha to eat the fruit.

Now in the upcoming Muskuraane Ki Wajah Tum Ho, Maddy, Kabir’s sister, and her husband offer the cook a huge amount of money not to come into Kabir’s house to help, Katha.

Meanwhile, Kabir finds out about the Cook being missing and offers Katha his help.

During cooking, Kabir and Katha share a romantic moment.
